  1. Resistance heating sterilization technology

  It is a new type of high temperature sterilization plastic bottle thermal sterilization method. It uses electric current to generate heat inside food to achieve the purpose of sterilization. Irradiation is a cold sterilization method, which uses X-ray γ X-rays or accelerated electron rays penetrate food and kill microorganisms and pests in food. Irradiated food or organisms will form ions, excited molecules or molecular fragments. These products will interact to form compounds different from the original substances. On the basis of chemical action, irradiated substances or organisms will also have a series of biological effects, resulting in the destruction and loss of vitality of pests, insect eggs, proteins, nucleic acids and enzymes promoting biochemical reaction, so as to end the erosion, growth and aging process of agricultural products and food and maintain stable quality.

  4. Microwave sterilization technology

  It can move forward in a straight line at the speed of light, and will cause reflection, absorption and other phenomena when encountering obstacles. The microwave frequency for sterilization is 2450MHz. The results generally believe that there are two factors in the lethal effect of microwave on microorganisms, namely thermal effect and non thermal effect. Thermal effect refers to the material absorbing microwave energy to achieve the effect of sterilization.
