What sterilization methods does high temperature sterilization plastic bottle have
1. Resistance heating sterilization technology
It is a new type of high temperature sterilization plastic bottle thermal sterilization method. It uses electric current to generate heat inside food to achieve the purpose of sterilization. Low acid food and granular food (particle size less than 25mm). New technology of continuous sterilization.
It uses electrodes to directly introduce current into food. The applicability of resistance heating depends on the conductivity of food materials. Most of them can be pumped and dissolved in salt ions. They can be sterilized by resistance heating, and the effect is very good. This technology is not suitable for non ionized foods, such as fat, sugar, oil and treated water without salt.
2. High temperature sterilization plastic bottle ozone sterilization technology
Ozone is extremely unstable in water. It undergoes reduction reaction at any time, resulting in strong oxidation. When produced, the phospholipids in the cell membrane destroy the cell wall and cell membrane of the bacteria, increase the permeability of the cell membrane, and make the bacteria inactive. At the same time, ozone can quickly spread to cells and oxidize enzymes, RNA and DNA in cells, so as to kill mycoplasma. Ozone sterilization is safe and cheap. It has been widely used in food processing, transportation and storage, tap water, purified water production and other fields.
3. High temperature sterilization plastic bottle irradiation sterilization technology
Since the peaceful use of atomic energy, after more than 40 years of research and development, people have successfully applied atomic radiation technology to food sterilization and preservation. Irradiation is a cold sterilization method, which uses X-ray γ X-rays or accelerated electron rays penetrate food and kill microorganisms and pests in food. Irradiated food or organisms will form ions, excited molecules or molecular fragments. These products will interact to form compounds different from the original substances. On the basis of chemical action, irradiated substances or organisms will also have a series of biological effects, resulting in the destruction and loss of vitality of pests, insect eggs, proteins, nucleic acids and enzymes promoting biochemical reaction, so as to end the erosion, growth and aging process of agricultural products and food and maintain stable quality.
4. Microwave sterilization technology
It can move forward in a straight line at the speed of light, and will cause reflection, absorption and other phenomena when encountering obstacles. The microwave frequency for sterilization is 2450MHz. The results generally believe that there are two factors in the lethal effect of microwave on microorganisms, namely thermal effect and non thermal effect. Thermal effect refers to the material absorbing microwave energy to achieve the effect of sterilization.
